The workouts with Lavery are intense and well paced. I have tried a lot of different workout plans and diets, but there was no change. Then I enrolled in Laverys classes and after the first workout I felt great. As Long as you follow his regimen and keep up with the workout, you will feel the results. I could see the weight loss after a few weeks. I was also able to increase my stamina. Lavery is great motivator and instructor. He'll match your ability and never overdo it.

"Boxing is one of the best ways to maintain fitness. Whether you're trying
to lose weight, build strength, or maintain agility, boxing is the best option.
It provides a physical workout along with a mental release -- it's almost
therapeutic. Boxing every week personally helped me relieve
stress while also burning calories. It's a great cardio workout, and
involves a lot of hand-eye coordination. 3 minutes might not seem like a long
time, but when you're boxing you fully realize how long 3 minutes can be. These
short bursts of high intensity exercise are great for trimming down and staying
fit, and boxing isn't a bad idea because you learn some self-defense moves at
the same time. If running on the treadmill or lifting weights seems like a
boring workout, you're right -- try boxing with Mr. Lavery. He's a great
trainer, and will help you accomplish your personal goals. He positively
